    Last year ALV fitted a solar panel, MPPT and battery to our Hymercar. A couple of weeks ago we started to have issues with the battery, after excellent friendly service from their service department staff we brought our van in and Callum had a look at it. He was really thorough and helpful and diagnosed a very ill battery. His patience and friendliness was great and he deserves a big pat on the back. in fact all the staff we spoke to last week were brilliant. Its a long way off but i know that when we come to buy a new van, Adventure Leisure Vehicles will be our first choice.

    Customer care, product enthusiasm and service efficiency! I bought my first caravan, a [email protected], from ALV and was delighted with Michael's informed, enthusiastic introduction to it. He really grasped my needs, preferences and limitations as a first-time vanner. Over the three years since, the follow-up service has been impressive: telephone requests from distant sites for assistance re various battery, mover and hook-up issues have been promptly dealt with by Mike and Jon, whose experience and understanding are a reassuring asset to non-technical folk like me. Whenever I've taken it in for service or repair, it's been unhooked and into the workshop in minutes, and the job done with speedy efficiency while I have a coffee and catch up on news. I'm now on my second caravan (Michael says "Not a caravan – it’s a Trip Buddy!") which I can't wait to use when lockdown eases. Once again, pre-sale advice was excellent - and Michael even brought a similar model out to test its suitability for my driveway and parking. I could not ask for more. Top people! Top business!

    We usually have our Eriba/ Hymer caravan serviced in Germany but due to travel restrictions this was not possible, so we had our caravan serviced here. What a friendly welcome! Everything that needed to be checked was checked. They have a really good set up and it’s such a pleasant change to find such a friendly and helpful company in the UK.     We came in for a little browse and left as the proud owners of a nifty little Eriba Puck. The team were all friendly and knowledgeable and made sure our caravan was properly sorted and ready to go when we came back to collect it a couple of weeks later. If they sold cars, I'd probably buy one from Adventure Leisure Vehicles.

    A big thank you to the team at Adventure Leisure who helped us out when water started pouring out of the side of our brand new Adria Action. A mobile engineer narrowed the problem down to either the pump or the inlet casing but he was stumped. Our dealer, 100 miles away, asked Michael if his team could investigate. Kallum took one look and said, “Clip inside the pump has gone.” Within ten minutes he’d fixed a stronger clip and we were on our way. A big thank you to Kallum who clearly knows his stuff, and to a very busy AV who didn’t need to help us out - but did.
