Every year Adventure Leisure Vehicles arranges a big Rally weekend for customers who have purchased, and still own a Leisure Vehicle from us. We have however pushed our next Customer Rally back to the 23rd - 25th June 2023, giving us chance to catch up with what's been a very busy period for the Leisure Vehicle industry.
We really do hope you will be able to join us once again at the fantastic Pennine View Caravan Park, Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria. There will be live entertainment and activities, plus time for everyone to socialise together with like-minded people.
Pennine View Park is a family-run caravan and camp site on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, a mile from the centre of the historic market town of Kirkby Stephen. Sitting at the midway point of the Coast to Coast route, and are only a short drive from both the Lake District National Park, and the North Pennines, meaning that there are lots of walks and cycle routes nearby catering for all tastes.
The Park inhabits a historical railway goods yard and still has a few subtle hints to its history on site. They have a small playground for the young ones, free Wi-Fi (for the older ones!), a small essentials shop in reception, a covered washing-up area, a launderette and washrooms with free hot showers and disabled facilities.
Fundraising
Over the Rally weekend we'll be fundraising for Alzheimer’s Society.
Alzheimer’s Society is for everyone affected by dementia. By 2025, 1 million people will be living with the condition in the UK, and many millions more carers, partners, families and friends are affected. Lack of treatments and postcode lottery for care means that people with dementia and their families aren’t getting the support they need, when they need it.
Alzheimer's Society will not rest until people with dementia and their carers live more fulfilled and less fearful lives, free from stigma and inequality. Their supporters ensure that people living with dementia today have the support they deserve, that their rights are protected and enhanced by campaigning, and that they can look to a brighter future thanks to investment in research.
Alzheimer's Society is a registered Charity No. 296645. Registered as a company limited by guarantee and registered in England No. 2115499
