If the weighing should exceptionally reveal that, despite the limitation of the optional equipment, the actual additional load capacity is lower than the minimum load capacity due to an upward permissible weight deviation, we will then proceed, before upon delivery of the vehicle, to a joint check with you and your partner, to find out whether we need to overload the vehicle, reduce the number of seats or remove optional equipment. The technically permissible maximum laden mass of the vehicle as well as the technically permissible maximum axle mass may not be exceeded.
